Processing Time
Our products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you if there are any delays with your order.

We ship throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing)
